The aim of the current research is to develop a proposed scenario to achieve Organizational happiness at Zagazig University through the practices of the approach to the administration of High-Involvement Management: - Absence of high containment management practices in their colleges, as it was found that there are shortcomings and weaknesses in providing opportunities for promotion, and shortcomings in the availability of modern communication tools, technologies and programs, and they were also found to have a desire to leave the university institution. With a weakness in achieving a sense of Organizational Happiness among faculty members at the university, with the absence of institutional interest in measuring the level of happiness among its members, as it does not care about implementing policies and programs that achieve Organizational Happiness for its members, nor does it meet their different needs. In addition to the existence of a positive and statistically significant correlation at the level (0.01) between High-Involvement Management and the achievement of Organizational Happiness among faculty members at Zagazig University.
