Leadership is one of the requirements for achieving Ambidexterity Organizational, so researchers have begun to investigate the leadership behaviors that enable the organization to reach Ambidexterity Organizational. An inspiring leadership is one that is able to operate effectively in a changing environment as well as support exploration and exploitation activities. Therefore, the current research seeks to achieve Ambidexterity Organizational in university institutions in the light of activating the inspirational leadership approach. To achieve this, the research relied on the descriptive approach, and a field study was conducted on a random sample of (171) faculty members at Zagazig University, with the aim of revealing the role of inspirational leadership in achieving Ambidexterity Organizational at Zagazig University. In light of the theoretical and field findings of the research, a set of procedural proposals were presented that could be followed to achieve Ambidexterity Organizational at Zagazig University in light of activating the inspirational leadership approach.
