The aim of the research is to design an educational program using Gardner's strategy for multiple intelligences and its effect on health awareness and some athletics skills (hurdles running - pole long jump - javelin throwing) for children. The researcher used the experimental method using the experimental design for two groups, one experimental and the other control, following the pre- and post-measurement to suit the nature of this study. The researcher selected the research sample intentionally from the fifth grade students of the primary stage at Talaba Awida Primary School in Zagazig, Sharqia Governorate, where the number of the basic sample was (40) students and they were divided into two groups, one experimental and the other control, each group consisting of (20) students, in addition to the exploratory study sample, numbering (10) students from the same research community, so that the total research sample became (50) students (basic sample, exploratory sample). The most important results of the proposed educational program were that the experimental group outperformed the control group in the dimensional measurements in all variables of health awareness and athletics skills under study. Using multiple intelligence patterns helps students increase their motivation towards performance and sense of self-confidence and increase their ability to visualize and perform correct responses, which leads to increasing the ability to perform correctly.
