The research aims to identify the reality of organizational justice among employees of private sports clubs, the reality of intellectual capital among employees of private sports clubs, and the relationship between organizational justice and intellectual capital among employees of private sports clubs in some governorates of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The researcher used the descriptive approach using the survey method due to its suitability to the nature of the research. The research sample was selected intentionally randomly from employees of private sports clubs represented in (Sharqia Governorate - Gharbia Governorate - Alexandria Governorate - Beheira Governorate). The number of individuals in the total research sample was (235) individuals, representing (57%) of the research community. (50) individuals were also selected, representing (21.27%), as an exploratory research sample. The number of the basic research sample was (185) individuals, representing (78.72%). The most important results were that the administration strives to achieve a better situation for employees through clear and specific rules in the process of distributing rewards and incentives to managers and employees. The financial incentives obtained are appropriate and inappropriate. There is a mismatch between the salary obtained and the qualifications. Intellectual capital seeks to open up to The world and identifying global developments in the club, by providing mechanisms to develop the career path of intellectual capital in line with modern developments, there are (positive direct) relationships with statistical significance between organizational justice and intellectual capital, which indicates that intellectual capital works to develop the job performance of employees in private sports clubs by achieving the various dimensions of organizational justice to solve work problems in a creative way, which pushes these clubs to achieve a high competitive advantage in the field of sports services.
