The research aims to identify the reality of sports volunteering among volunteers in the World Squash Championship Egypt 2022, the level of social capital development among volunteers in the World Squash Championship Egypt 2022, and the relationship between sports volunteering and social capital among volunteers in the World Squash Championship Egypt 2022. The researcher used the descriptive approach using the survey method due to its suitability to the nature of the research. The research sample was selected intentionally randomly from young volunteers in the World Squash Championship Egypt 2022, numbering (132) male and female volunteers. The total number of individuals in the research sample was (103) volunteers. (25) individuals were selected, representing (24.3%) of the total research sample to conduct the exploratory study. The main research sample was (78) individuals, representing (75.7%). The most important results were that the reality of volunteer work helps to know the reality of the sports community, as it contributes to spreading healthy sports awareness and forming healthy habits among volunteers. Social acceptability reflects the satisfaction of volunteers with the championship, which requires more support and assistance for the championship management. Volunteering works to develop the personality of volunteers. It enhances their self-confidence and sense of responsibility, and provides them with new practical skills and experience, particularly in relation to providing services at the level of sports tournaments, which works to strengthen individuals' sense of belonging to their homelands. There is an acceptable level of mutual trust among the volunteers within the tournament. There is a statistically significant correlation between the axes of the sports volunteering questionnaire and the axes of the social capital questionnaire.
