The research aims to identify the reality of the level of job performance competencies in light of the application of the administrative digitization system among sports specialists at Zagazig University, and to develop a future vision for the development of job performance competencies in light of the application of the administrative digitization system among sports specialists at Zagazig University. The researcher used the descriptive approach using the survey method due to its suitability to the nature of the research. The research sample community was selected by the intentional random method from sports specialists at Zagazig University and the colleges affiliated to the university. The total research sample amounted to (170) sports specialists. The exploratory sample amounted to (30) sports specialists with a percentage of (17.65%). The basic sample amounted to (140) sports specialists with a percentage of (82.35%). The most important results were that the level of job performance competencies in light of the application of the administrative digitization system among sports specialists at Zagazig University came with "average" degrees, which represent competencies (professional performance, technical performance, leadership and administrative creativity, decision-making and problem-solving, dealing with (Media and Future Planning) in managing student activities, and developing a future scientific vision to develop job performance competencies in light of the application of the administrative digitization system among sports specialists at Zagazig University to manage and organize student activities.
