Effects of tea tree oil and cefepime treatments on morphological, genetic, histopathological, immunohistochemistry, and biochemical assessments in liver and kidney of Escherichia coli infected rats

Abstract:
Cefepime is highly safe, especially when given with tea tree oil in one combination as a powerful antioxidant that alleviates adverse effect induced by E. coli ATCC 4157™. Such combination enhances morpho logical, gene expression, histopathological, immunohistochemistry, and biochemical alterations induced by E. coli in the hepato-renal organs Future studies are needed to assess the impacts of tea tree oil as anti fungal and viral agents
