The research aims to design a proposed educational program using illustrated motor games with the aim of identifying its effect on learning some basic athletics skills for primary school children with ADHD in a physical education lesson. The researcher used the experimental method using an experimental design with two groups, one experimental and the other control, and conducted the pre- and post-measurement of the two groups to suit the nature of the current research. The research sample was selected intentionally according to the results of the Conners test for teachers. It consisted of (50) third-grade primary school students with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) from the Martyr Pilot Hisham Hosni Bayoumi Primary School in the West Zagazig Education Administration in Sharkia Governorate for the academic year 2023/2024 AD, including (20) students to conduct the exploratory study as the goal of the research. Research results: There are statistically significant differences between the pre- and post-measurements of the control group in learning some basic skills in athletics using the traditional method for children in the first cycle of basic education who suffer from attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, in favor of the post-measurement. There are statistically significant differences between the pre- and post-measurements of the experimental group in learning some basic skills in athletics using the illustrated motor games program for children in the first cycle of basic education who suffer from attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, in favor of the post-measurement.
