Research objective: The research aims to identify the effect of simulation exercises using virtual reality glasses supported by 3D video on some physical variables and the level of performance of the motor sentence of the ground movements device for the sample under study. The researcher used the experimental method due to its suitability to the nature of this research, using the experimental design with a pre-post measurement for two groups, one experimental and the other control. The research community consists of third-year female students specializing in gymnastics at the Faculty of Physical Education for Girls, Zagazig University for the academic year (2022-2023), numbering (145) students. The research sample was selected intentionally, numbering (120) students. The results of the research were: There are statistically significant differences between the pre- and post-measurements of the experimental group in the physical variables under study and the level of performance of the motor sentence of the ground movements device in the direction of the post-measurement. There are statistically significant differences between the pre- and post-measurements of the control group in the physical variables under study and the level of performance of the motor sentence of the ground movements device in the direction of the post-measurement.
