The research aims to verify the effectiveness of smart learning based on Android applications and its impact on cognitive achievement and learning the skills of smash and block wall in volleyball for second-year students at the Faculty of Physical Education For men - Zagazig University The volleyball mobile application contained the curriculum prescribed for second-year students of information, knowledge and skills presented in the form of an application on the research sample's smartphones. It is a technological technique that motivates students and encourages them to engage in learning, in addition to keeping pace with the Android application designed by the researcher with technological progress and achieving scientific progress in teaching volleyball. The researcher used the experimental method using the experimental design for two groups, one experimental and the other control. The size of the basic sample was (100) students divided into two groups, one experimental and consisting of (50) students and the other control and consisting of (50) students. The research results indicated the superiority of the experimental group that was taught using the volleyball smartphone application over the control group that was taught using the traditional method followed in the learning process. The researcher recommends the necessity of using educational mobile applications to teach practical and theoretical educational courses, as well as the necessity of using smart learning based on Android applications and using it in the educational process.
