The research aimed to study the efficiency of managing greenhouses to produce the tomato crop, which ranks first in the number of operating greenhouses, at a rate of about 70.67% of the total number of greenhouses in the Al Bahariya Oasis region in the agricultural season 2022/2023. A random sample (77 farmers) was collected and classified into two categories. In terms of the area of the greenhouse, it is small (400 square meters) and large (4000 square meters). The data were analyzed using the two-data probabilistic regression model using the greatest possibility method. The research reached several results, the most important of which are that increasing both degrees of formal education and rates of obtaining informal education through the two components of training and the acquisition of technical skills through practical practice and experience increases the possibility of achieving technical competence for farmers, and therefore education is a major factor in agricultural development. The investment in material resources for agricultural production such as modern agricultural technologies such as fertilizers, improved varieties does not have a clear effect or return unless there is a parallel investment in human resources. There are many problems facing greenhouse tomato producers in the Bahariya Oasis region. The research ended with several recommendations that would promote the production of tomato crops in greenhouses and achieve and raise. (1) needed to pay attention to qualifying and training farmers on modern methods of producing tomatoes in greenhouses. (2) Providing specialized agricultural guides to supervise the work of greenhouses, allowing farmers to use modern technology in agriculture and increase agricultural productivity and technical efficiency, which helps achieve food security. (3) needed to establish agricultural-industrial complexes in which agricultural crops are processed and converted into industrial or export products in the same places where agricultural projects are established, and then create a strong, good and integrated link between agricultural production from greenhouses, industrialization and agricultural export through a way that takes the character of complementarity.
