The research aimed to: Identify the most important sources that rural women obtaining ‎her information about healthy practices in Sharkia Governorate, Measure the knowledge, and ‎implementation of healthy practices for rural women in Sharkia Governorate, Determine the ‎degree of contribution of factors are significant in the implementing healthy practices for rural ‎women in Sharkia Governorate, and identify the most important problems that impede ‎implementation healthy practices for rural women in Sharkia Governorate. The research was ‎based on the social survey on a sample of (201) researched in Mit Jaber and Al-Ghafariya in ‎Sharqiya Governorate. the data was collected using a questionnaire form September to October ‎‎2022. The data were analyzed by frequencies, percentages, weighted average, Pearson's ‎correlation coefficient, step wise regression, Paired - T test.‎ The research found: The most important sources that to obtaining information about ‎healthy practices are parents and neighbors (73.5), the Internet (65.4). The results also indicate ‎increase the total of knowledge of healthy practices by 44.3%. also It was found the total of ‎implementation healthy practices is midum by 73.6%. It was also found there were four variables ‎contributed significantly to explaining the total variation in the implementation healthy practices ‎by 84.8%, the relative contribution percentage for each variable is: the knowledge of healthy ‎practices (67.8%), the self-leadership (1.9%), the self-confidence (1.9%), and the family size ‎‎(0.3%). The effects of these variables were positive except family size was a negative effect. ‎
