ABSTRACT: The research aims to determine the level of application of axes’ provisions in ‎code of functional conduct for rural local units in sharkia governorate. the research was used ‎survey approach on a random sample on (190)‎‏ ‏researched from riyadh village affiliated with ‎local unit in bani ayyad in abu kabir center, and al-masid village affiliated with local unit in al-‎helmiya village in abu hammad center. Addition to 47 research from workers in local units. ‎Data was collected during June to august 2023 using a personal questionnaire. Data was ‎analyzed using: frequencies, percentages, “t” test, “f” test and calculated application gap. The ‎most important results are: the level of application of axes of code of professional conduct in ‎rural local unit from point of view of beneficiary researched is low by 50%. While it was ‎found the level of application of axes of the code of professional conduct from the point of ‎view of workers in local units is high by 55.3%. Also, the results indicate that are no ‎significant differences according to the type of respondents in their view of the level of ‎application of the axes of code of professional conduct in rural local units. While it was found ‎that were significant differences according to age of respondents in their view of the level of ‎application of the axes of code of professional conduct in rural local units in favor of group ‎‎(55-71) years and that are significant differences according to educational level of ‎respondents in their view of level of application of the axes of code of professional conduct in ‎rural local units in favor of illiterate respondents. Also, the results indicate that an application ‎gap between beneficiaries of the rural local units and workers in these local units in their view ‎of level of application of provisions of the axes of the code of professional conduct, this gap is ‎in favor of workers in rural local units.‎
