Abstract: |
The aim of the research was to identify the level of Functional maturity among kindergarten directors in light of the challenges of the digital age from the point of view of teachers, and to identify the level of Functional maturity among kindergarten directors according to the years of experience in the kindergarten, and to know the degree of decision-making effectiveness among kindergarten directors, and to know the relationship between Functional maturity and decision-making effectiveness among kindergarten directors in light of the challenges of the digital age, and the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, and the research tools were determined in designing a questionnaire on Functional maturity among kindergarten directors in light of the challenges of the digital age from the point of view of teachers. (Prepared by the researcher) The questionnaire included (4) areas of Functional maturity, which are (Functional planning, Functional training, human relations, and achieving goals), and a scale was designed for the effectiveness of decision-making among kindergarten directors in light of the challenges of the digital age from the point of view of teachers. (Prepared by the researcher) The scale included (3) areas of decision-making effectiveness, which are (decision-making preparation, participation in decision-making, and decision formulation and announcement). The research sample consisted of (294) kindergarten teachers. The research results concluded that the field of Functional planning among kindergarten directors came at an average rate, and the field of Functional training among kindergarten directors also came at an average rate, while the field of human relations among kindergarten directors came at a high rate, while the field of goal achievement among kindergarten directors came at an average rate. The results also showed that the level of Functional maturity among kindergarten directors varies according to years of experience in favor of higher years of experience. The results also showed that the field of decision-making preparation, the field of participation, and the field of decision formulation and announcement among kindergarten directors came at a high rate. The research concluded that there is a high correlation between Functional maturity and decision-making effectiveness among kindergarten directors in light of the challenges of the digital age from the teachers' point of view.
