Abstract: |
The aim of the research is to identify the requirements for achieving the competitive advantage in the faculties of early childhood education in view of the standards of quality assurance and accreditation and Egypt's sustainable vision 2030, and to identify proposals and mechanisms for achieving the competitive advantage of the Faculty of Early Childhood Education, and to reveal the most important obstacles that prevent the achievement of the competitive advantage in the faculties of childhood education. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, and the research tools were determined in designing a questionnaire of the requirements for achieving competitive advantage in the faculties of early childhood education in the light of the standards of quality assurance and accreditation and Egypt's sustainable vision 2030 (prepared by the researcher). These axes are (development of teaching and learning processes, development of educational programs, development of community service and environment development, development of human resources, development of material and technological requirements, development of administrative and organizational requirements, development of postgraduate studies, development of quality, innovation and excellence, and internationalization of education), the formation of a society The research was conducted by faculty members at the Faculties of Early Childhood at Alexandria University and Manna University Image and Zagazig University, a sample of (115) faculty members was selected, and the results of the research concluded that the most important requirements for achieving competitive advantage are: In the first place is the development of human resources with an average of 3.95 degrees and a standard deviation of 0.19, then the internationalization of education with an average of 3.83 degrees and a standard deviation of 0.18, then the development of quality and innovation Distinction with an average of 3.80 degrees and a standard deviation of 0.19, then developing physical and technological requirements with an average of 3.73 degrees and a standard deviation of 0.19, then developing postgraduate studies with an average of 3.73 degrees and a standard deviation of 0.17, then developing administrative and organizational requirements with an average of 3.71 degrees and a standard deviation of 0.18, then developing community service and environmental development with an average 3.59 degrees and a standard deviation of 0.19, then the development of educational programs with an average of 3.47 degrees and a standard deviation, then the development of scientific research with an average of 3.45 degrees and a standard deviation of 0.16, then the development of the teaching and learning processes with an average of 3.12 degrees and a standard deviation of 0.16, and the research reached a set of mechanisms to achieve competitive advantage in faculties of education for early childhood as well as revealing obstacles to achieving competitive advantage in early childhood education faculties.
