The current research aimed to identify the practicing reality of leadership competencies for kindergarten manager (productive competencies-technical competencies-administrative competencies-personal competencies-strategic communication competencies-work team leadership competencies-change leadership competencies),and to identify the importance of the degree of achievement of organizational agility in kindergarten, Measuring the differences in the leadership competencies of kindergarten manager according to (kindergarten type,kindergarten location,kindergarten capabilities),and measuring the relationship between the leadership competencies of kindergarten manager and the degree of organizational agility. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method to verify the extent of the practice of leadership competencies of kindergarten manager in the light of organizational agility from the point of view of female teachers. The sample size was 326 female teachers. It was applied to different departments according to the relative weight of the number of female teachers in each department relative to the total number of female teachers. The most important findings of the research were that the relative importance of the productive competencies of the manager focused on development and innovation at work to improve the kindergartens, especially in light of the competition between the kindergartens, as well as the principals seeking to achieve the highest achievement in the kindergartens in which they work. Kindergarten has the ability to manage emergency crises as well as effective communication between kindergarten workers, and it turns out that the manager's interest in kindergarten workers and the work environment is due to the kindergarten manager's awareness of the importance of relationships in developing a sense of belonging to work and creativity in it and harmony between team members in the kindergarten and reducing quarrels between them, as well as elegant dealing and respect for others It also turned out that organizational agility is largely achieved in kindergartens, and the results showed that there is a correlation between organizational agility and each of (administrative competences, strategic communication walls, team leadership skills, and change leadership skills
