This retrospective cohort analysis included adult GBM patients treated at clinical oncology, Zagazig University, Egypt, in the period between January 2013 and December 2021. The data collected included: age, gender, tumor characteristics, extent of surgery, postoperative treatment and treatment after progression. 130 patients of GBM were collected in our study. The final analysis included 111 (85.4%), whereas, 19 patients were missed due to incomplete data or loss to follow up after initial diagnosis.
