The current research aimed at investigating the effectiveness of a proposed program in cyber psychology in developing faculty of education, psychology section students ‘intellectual security, psychological and cognitive engagement. The researchers built a proposed program in cyber psychology and a teacher’s guide to be followed during applying the proposed program. The research instruments were: 1)An achievement test to assess students ‘achievement of the proposed program subjects-2)The intellectual security scale - and 3)the psychological and cognitive engagement scale. Fifty students enrolled in the third year ,psychology section ,Faculty of Education, Zagazig University were nominated to be the research participants.They were assigned to only one experiment at research group. The research results revealed that there would be statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group students in the pre- and the post administrations of the overall achievement test, the intellectual security scale, the psychological and cognitive engagement scale; and in each sub-dimension in favor of the post administration. Consequently, the proposed program was effective in developing the achievement, intellectual security, psychological and cognitive engagement of the research participants.
