Abstract:
Therefore, in this study, through the in-silico approach, the synthesized compounds were used for molecular docking for the anticancer receptor. Synthesized compounds with the highest potency showcased superior interactions with the active site residue of the target protein. The ADMET profiles of these compounds showed favorable pharmacological properties.
