Abstract:
The research aimed to identify the impact of the educational program based on the use of podcasting technology and blog on the psychological frequency and the level of technical and digital performance in the 200 m sprint race, and the researcher used the experimental approach on a sample of (32) female students at the eighth level in the Department of Sports Sciences, Faculty of Education - Taif University - Saudi Arabia were divided into two groups, one experimental and the other a control strength of each (16) students, and research tools: Scale Psychological frequency - physical tests - Illustrated intelligence test - Evaluation of the level of technical and digital performance in the 200 m sprint race - Educational program using podcasting and blog technology, and the statistical methods used: arithmetic mean - standard deviation - median - torsion coefficient - simple correlation coefficient - test "T" - improvement rates. Among the most important results: 1- The educational program based on the use of podcasting technology and blogging has a positive effect statistically at the level of (0.05) on the psychological frequency and the level of technical and digital performance in the 200 m sprint race for students of the eighth level in the Department of Sports Science and Physical Activity, Faculty of Education - Taif University. 2- The use of the learning method affects the command (verbal explanation and practical model) a positive effect statistically significant at the level of (0.05) on the level of technical and digital performance in the 200 m sprint while there are non-statistically significant differences in frequency Psychological hesitation. 3- Increasing the effectiveness of the educational program based on the use of podcasting technology and blogs on the method of learning by commands in psychological frequency and the level of technical and digital performance in the 200 m sprint. 4- There are improvement rates for the dimensional measurement of the tribal for the experimental and control groups in the psychological frequency and the level of technical and digital performance in the 200-meter sprint, where the improvement rates for the experimental group were (10.97% - 310.96%), while the improvement rates for the control group were (2.70% -300.00%).
