This study aims to identify the criminal phenomena that were committed by the Sudanese slaves in Andalusia since the end of Amiriya State's era until the beginning of Almoravid era in 479 AH/1002 AD, so this study began by handling of the meanings of crime, linguistically and idiomatically, then it dealt with the early Sudanese presence in the history of Andalusia, this was followed by stating the reasons for the spread of Sudanese slaves' crimes in Andalusia by conducting a monitoring of periods of political disorder accompanied by war confrontations, it had a huge impact on the turmoil of the situation as well as the lack of security, which consequently led to committing of crimes, then the study dealt with the inferior view towards Sudanese slaves where it was reflected by negative shadows on their actions and practices within the Andalusian society, that was followed by discussing the types of crimes committed by the Sudanese slaves, with shedding light on the effects occurred with their shadows on all aspects of life in Andalusian society, and finally the conclusion was reached by showing the most important results of the current study.
