The relationship between pushing force and some bio kinematic variables, and the accuracy of the shooting skill while jumping forward in handball
The introduction to the research summarized that following the results of kinetic analysis and applying them practically in training leads to improving human performance and building a philosophy for developing kinematic aspects based on mechanical performance evaluation, which helps in identifying strengths and weaknesses and working to develop them by achieving sound kinematic conditions.
This type of shooting, which is essentially shooting from jumping, requires clear physical effort by the players during the competition, and mastering this type of shooting for long periods throughout the race is what weighs the balance of success and victory in the competition through the number of perfect goals that enter the opposing team’s goal in the matches. The problem of the research lies in the lack of information that conclusively determines the most important biokinematic variables that have the greatest impact on accuracy
Which distracts the work of the coach and the players alike, thus achieving correct performance that matches and matches the optimal performance of this skill, which raises the level of our players in terms of skill, and working to provide and provide all players and coaches with sufficient information that makes the shooting process, especially the skill of shooting from jumping forward and their biomechanical variables within Their awareness in order to reach the best achievements to keep pace with other teams, and this is what we all strive for
Therefore, the two researchers investigated the relationship between force propulsion and some biomechanical variables in the shooting skill of jumping in front of the handball. The aim of the research is to identify the degree of force applied to the steps of the skill of aiming from jumping from the ground up and the degree of accuracy of the skill of aiming from jumping forward.
The differences in the force push, the steps, the skill of aiming from jumping forward, and the relationship between the force push at the moment of getting up and some biokinematic variables, and the accuracy of aiming from jumping forward. The research assumed that there is a significant correlation between the force of momentum and some biokinetic variables in the skill of aiming, from jumping forward with handball. The descriptive approach was used on a sample. It was chosen intentionally, consisting of (10) Al-Karkh Sports Club players.
The two researchers reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which were: The greatest amount of momentum was for the last step that precedes the goal. This confirms the increase in force and the smoothness of its transmission to the last step and then its transmission across parts of the body and then the tool (the ball), because the goal of pushing high is to The body reaches the highest point in order to aim powerfully and accurately
Each variable, force propulsion, contact time variables, flight time, height of the body’s center of mass, and foot strike, has a major role in the accuracy of the skill of aiming when jumping forward. The two researchers came up with these recommendations that it is necessary for coaches to pay attention to the force propulsion variable, the flight time variable, g of contact, height of the body’s center of mass, and foot strike’s contribution. Effective performance of the skill with an explanation of how to invest it in achieving the best performance.
