Impact of permance endurance exercises on some skillful and physical variables for squash juniors
Introduction and research problem :
Scientific development in all areas of life prompted many countries to benefit from scientific research in its various aspects, to keep pace with the great scientific development that touched on the various human life in this era. Proper planning based on the scientific method through sports training.
Muhammad Ahmed Abdullah (2007 AD) indicates that special physical abilities are a basic requirement for every sports activity because they are the basis for progress in training for a certain number of components of physical fitness required by the practicing activity, and we also find that the individual cannot master the basic motor skills of the type of activity practiced in the case of lack of special physical abilities. And any plan, no matter how highly chosen, can fail if physical capabilities are not taken into account.
Through the experience of the two researchers as a coach in the field of training and their attendance at many international and local tournaments, it was found that there are significant shortcomings in physical, tactical and physiological performance, especially with young players, the inability to keep up with the match, and shortcomings in the various strikes, especially in the last matches due to the lack of tolerance for physical and tactical performance, which The two researchers were invited to make a performance endurance training program to develop some of the special physical and tactical abilities of squash players.
search objective
This research aims to identify the effect of performance endurance training on some physical and skill variables for squash players under the age of 15 years.
Research hypotheses
There are statistically significant differences between the tribal and remote measurements in favor of the dimensional measurement in some of the physical variables under study for squash players.
There are statistically significant differences between the tribal and remote measurements in favor of the post measurement in the skill variables under investigation for squash players.
Search procedures
Research Methodology
The researchers used the experimental method for its relevance to the type and nature of this research through the experimental design using the pre and post measurements for one experimental group.
community and sample research
The research community represents the junior squash clubs for the Sunni stage under 15 years old in the Arab Republic of Egypt. The research sample was chosen in a deliberate way from the squash juniors for the Sunni stage under (15) years of age from Wadi Degla Sports Club players as an experimental group of (12) players, and Al Shams Sports Club players as an exploratory group. (8) players who are registered with the Egyptian Squash Federation in the training season (2021_2022)
Data collection tools:
To collect data and information related to this study, the researchers relied on the following means and tools:
Calibrated medical scale to measure weight.
The restameter to measure the total length of the body to the nearest centimeter.
Squash balls and rackets .
Squash courts .
Player results forms .
Adhesive labels .
Stop Watch to measure the time to the nearest . seconds
cones
Medicine balls .
Statistical treatments .
After collecting data and recording the various measurements of the variables that were used in this research, the researchers performed the appropriate statistical treatments to achieve the objectives and to verify the validity of the hypotheses using statistical laws as well as the computer using the statistical program “SPSS” and the following were calculated: Arithmetic mean, standard deviation, median, coefficient Convolution, significance of differences (t) test, simple correlation coefficient (Pearson), calculation of least significant difference, improvement rates .
Conclusions :
1/ The proposed program for performance endurance training led to the development of the variables of the ability to repeat speed, aerobic endurance, and time limit until exhaustion.
2/ Endurance exercises lead to raising the efficiency of performance at the skill and planning level.
3/ The difficulty of training and the appearance of fatigue in the initial training units.
4/ There is a direct relationship between performance tolerance and the physical, skill and physiological level.
Recommendations:
1/ Performance endurance exercises should be at the beginning of the special preparation because of the increase in repetition rates in all types of exercises, which work on the appearance of fatigue quickly.
2/ Awareness of coaches and players about performance endurance exercises and their inclusion in special, skill and planning preparation.
3/ Using performance endurance exercises in the special preparation to develop the functional capabilities of the circulatory and respiratory systems because of their effectiveness in improving the skill level of squash players.
4/ Paying attention to designing codified training programs on sound scientific bases to improve the functional efficiency of the various body systems and to develop special physical abilities and the level of skill and planning.
