The study aimed to identify the reality of the role played by the schools of the second cycle of basic education in facing the phenomenon of bullying from the point of view of school community members. The study used the descriptive approach. The sample of the basic study consisted of (396) principals/deputy principals, (236) teachers, (77) psychologists, and (143) social workers. The study tool was to build a questionnaire to reveal the reality of the role of the schools of the second cycle of basic education in facing the phenomenon of bullying. The study reached several results, including: All the aspects of the questionnaire of the schools of the second cycle of basic education in facing the phenomenon of bullying came significantly high. While the reality of school administration role in facing the phenomenon of bulling came the first. On the other hand, the reality of social workers in facing the phenomenon of bulling came the fourth and last compared with other aspects. The study found that the most prevalent type of bullying according to the response of the study sample is verbal bullying by (77.9%). There are statistically significant differences at the level of (0.01) between the average scores of both males and females of the study sample (the role of school administration, the role of teachers. And the role of The social worker in the face of the phenomenon of bullying, and the overall score in favor of the greater average which is males. While there are no statistically significant differences in the dimension of the role of the psychologist in the face of the phenomenon of bullying. In the meantime, there are statistically significant differences at the level of (0.01) between the average scores of everyone who joined a training course in bullying and how to confront it. And those who did not participate in it in all sub-dimensions to identify the reality of the role of the schools of the second cycle of basic education in the face of bullying and the overall degree of it. In favor of the participant in a training course on the phenomenon of bullying and how to confront it except after the role of psychologists in the face of bullying. Where there were no statistically significant differences between those who participated and nonparticipants in the training course.
