The aim of the present study was to develop a proposed vision for providing an examination accommodation for students with disabilities at Zagazig University in the lights of some international experiences and trials. Our study used a descriptive-analytical method which is suitable to the study’s nature. The study sample consisted of 175 students with disabilities from different specifications, at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, at Zagazig University. Tools of the study was to prepare a questionnaire that investigate the most important problems of the examinations accommodations and environment in the point of view of students with disabilities. A survey was conducted through the help of 30 university’s students with disabilities to get the benefits of their opinion to build up the questionnaire used in the study and to get to know more about the problems that face them through their examinations. The results led to the development of a proposed vision for providing a suitable exam environment for students with disabilities at Zagazig University. The first dimension (problems related to the exam paper), ranked first, while the third dimension (the exam environment), ranked second. The second dimension (the timing and duration of the exam), ranked third, and the fourth dimension (facilities and sign language interpreters), ranked fourth, followed by the fifth and sixth dimensions (technological tools and semester assignments). There were no statistically significant differences in the overall score of the examination problems questionnaire for students with disabilities at Zagazig University due to gender (male/female), while the type of disability and college had a significant effect at a level of 0.01. Finally, the study presented the proposed vision it sought to achieve.
