This current research studies the development of Al-suwedi Academy school for dual education and training through the Blue ocean Strategy . This research uses the " descriptive method " by conducting a case study of Al-suwedi Academy school and apply An interview form with its her manager and some parents to know its reality , the most important problems that face the school, the best suggested solutions for it and how to promote the products and the projects of its creative and topper students . The most important results of this research are ; The school has a range of local and international activities , it participates in local and international exhibitions and Competitions with its distinguished and creative products and projects , it is concerned with studying the problems faced by society , The school has a working team for innovators to help other students in school to complete their interesting and innovative projects Completely , and entering local and international Competitions , the school also offers prizes and scholar ships for its out standing students . A suggested vision has been applied which is based on the results of the research theoretically and practically, to develop Al-suwedi Academy school in 10th of Ramadan City in the light of the Blue Ocean Strategy . The suggested vision includes the aims, and its sides, the most important obstacles to its application , the most important mechanisms for overcoming obstacles to implementing the Vision , As well as guarantees of the success of implementing the proposed Vision .
