Secondary STEM schools are considered one of the educational establishment that cares about Learning of outstanding and talented students, this preparation of these students and the educational leaders is in the faculties of education. This current research seeks for knowing the special competencies the professors for preparing the teachers and educational leaders of STEM schools. To this end, a questionnaire was applied to a sample of (45) STEM students of the first year of the Faculty of Education in Zagazig, also another sample of STEM professional diploma students of (4) students was applied, a sample of (32) members of teaching professors in the Faculty of Education of Zagazig . the results of these samples revealed that the Teaching professors in STEM programs have educational competencies, including: mastery of the scientific material and they deal with their students objectively, and provide them with assistance to obtain the scientific material in a rate of (94‚4%) percent and this was according to the opinions of STEM professional diploma students. The members of teaching of the Faculty of Education also have social competencies, including that they encourage their students to teach through a group team, they teach them the values of social peace, and a commitment to human rights ethics in arate of (93‚33%) this is according to the opinions of the first-year students. The most important recommendations of the research are : the decision-makers who are in charge of the university should work on providing the necessary material and moral support for STEM programs, and strengthening the internet within the College of Education. Providing the opportunity for STEM students to pay their tuition fees in installments, reduce the burden of the teaching for the members staff who teaches in STEM programmers.
