The research aimed to measure the effectiveness of a program based on extracurricular activities in the kindergarten playground to develop the moral values of the kindergarten child in the light of the objectives of moral education, and the research sample consisted of (60)children in the second level in the kindergarten stage ranging in age from (5-6) years, and they were divided into two groups, each numbering (30) children And a child, and to achieve the goal of the research, the researcher used a list of dimensions of moral values (preparation of the researcher), and the scale of moral values of the kindergarten child (preparation of the researcher), and the program based on extra-curricular activities in kindergarten to develop the moral values of the kindergarten child (prepared by the researcher), and the research used the experimental approach to the design of the two groups (experimental and the control ), where the program was applied based on extra-curricular activities in kindergarten on the experimental group, while the control group studied in the usual way, and the results showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the average scores of the children of the experimental and control groups in the dimensional measurement of the scale of moral values in favor of the experimental group, and the presence of statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the average scores of the children of the experimental group in the pre- and post-measurements of the scale of moral values in favor of the post-application And there are no statistically significant differences between the averages of the degrees of the control group in the pre- and post-measurements, and in light of the results, the research recommended the need to activate extra-curricular activities in kindergarten in providing children with different values, skills and concepts, because of their effective role in advancing the child's personality.
