Abstract:
HoLEP technique has evolved during the last 21 years. Commitment to enhance recovery and reduce complications has allowed different groups around the world to propose modifications on different steps of the surgery. In These techniques, Improving postoperative continence recovery and Preserving antegrade ejaculation.
