The effect of TRX and Battle Rope training on the development of some special physical abilities and the performance level of punching groups for adult boxers.

This research aimed to develop a proposed training program using (TRX, Battle Rope) exercises and determine its effect on some physical variables and the level of performance of punching groups for adult boxers in Sharkia Governorate.
The researcher used the experimental method, and the research sample was chosen intentionally from the senior boxers at the Hahia Sports Club in Sharkia Governorate. Their number reached (28) boxers, while the number of the basic research sample reached (22) boxers who were divided into (11) boxers for the experimental group and into ( 11) A boxer for the control group. The researcher also used a number of (6) boxers as a survey sample from outside the basic research sample and from the same research community to calculate the scientific coefficients for the tests under study.
Some devices and tools were used, and the basic research sample was subjected to the proposed training program for a period of (8) weeks, 3 training units per week.
The extracted data were processed with appropriate statistical treatments, including (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, skewness coefficient, t-test to calculate the significance of differences, and the improvement percentage equation).
One of the most important results was that the training (TRX, Battle Rope) led to improving the physical variables (strength characterized by speed - motor speed - performance endurance - agility), and the level of performance of the punching groups of the research sample members, by designing a proposed training program using the training method ( TRX, Battle Rope).
The researcher recommended the need to pay attention to developing the physical abilities of boxers, and that (TRX, Battle Rope) training be an essential part of sports preparation programs for adults, and the importance of (TRX, Battle Rope) training being linked to the nature of the sports activity practiced.
