The current study aims to benefit from waste of the clothing and textile industry in the so-called recycling process, where large quantities of wastes are left at every stage of manufacturing. These wastes cause environmental, health and economic problems This study deals with the study of how to take advantage of the waste of fabrics and woolen garments resulting from the manufacture of ready-made garments, recycling, lightening and mixing only with raw polyester in the way of open end spinning to produce wool yarns with different mixing ratios and a different multi-purpose multi counting of yarns with specifications and functional properties suitable for use in multiple uses and knowledge of properties These yarns were produced using a 20/1 cotton yarn and using open end spinning machines. After the production of the experimental samples, some laboratory tests were carried out on yarns produced by a major textile company, In accordance with the laboratory standards for the tested properties. Yarns test : Tensile strength -% Elongation - Durability - phenotypic and regularity ,The results of the yarn tests were analyzed statistically using the SPSS version 23, where one way ANOVA was analyzed and the quality factor of the produced yarns was calculated. The study reached a set of recommendations and suggestions for future research. Of the garment industry after lightening and mixing with polyester using open-end sppinning of yarns and employing them in the development of the economics of producing multi-purpose wool yarns.
