Abstract:
تقدم هذه الورقة مقارنة تيار الوقت الديناميكي الموفرة للطاقة لمعالجة إشارات الوضع الحالي. تستخدم الدائرة المقترحة عاكسًا قائمًا على التغذية المرتدة ودائرة تشكيل الساعة. يمكن للعاكس المعتمد على التغذية المرتدة اكتشاف قطبية التيار المستشعر من دائرة الطرح الحالية. بينما يمكن لدائرة تشكيل الساعة إدارة استهلاك الطاقة. نظرًا لأن المقارنة الحالية المقترحة تُظهر حساسية عالية لتيار الإدخال المنخفض للغاية مع إزاحة مدخلات منخفضة، فيمكن استغلالها في المحولات التناظرية إلى الرقمية ذات تسجيل التقريب المتتالي للوضع الحالي لمجموعة واسعة من التطبيقات القابلة للارتداء. وعلاوة على ذلك، يتم عرض منهجية التصميم للمقارنة الحالية فعالة وقوية. تم تصميم الدائرة ومحاكاتها بتقنية TSMC 0.13 ميكرومتر CMOS، وتحتل مساحة من السيليكون تبلغ 7834 ميكرومترًا مربعًا. يستهلك جهاز المقارنة الحالي المقترح طاقة تبلغ 14 ميكروواط مع مصدر طاقة واحد يبلغ 1.2 فولت. ويوفر دقة تبلغ 2 nA، وتأخير قدره 4.6 ns. علاوة على ذلك، تشير نتائج محاكاة ما بعد التخطيط إلى اتفاق جيد مقارنة بالتقنية السابقة.
