Abstract:
Research objective: The research aims to identify: • The effect of using the hologram on learning and mastering the skill of shooting with the long jump in handball. • The effect of using the hologram on the physical fitness elements of the long jump shooting skill in handball. Research hypotheses: Through the aim of the research, the researcher assumes the following: • The use of the hologram positively affects the learning and mastery of the skill of shooting with the long jump in handball. • The use of the hologram positively affects the physical elements of the long jump shooting skill in handball. Search procedures: Research Methodology: The researcher used the experimental method, and the researcher used one of the experimental designs, which is the experimental design of two groups, one experimental and the other a control, using the pre, intermediate and post measurement for both groups. Research Community and Research Sample: - Research community: The research community included female students of the second year of the Faculty of Physical Education for Girls - Zagazig University for the academic year (2019-2020 AD). Conclusions and recommendations: First: Conclusions: Based on what the research results showed and within the limits of the sample and procedures, the following conclusions were reached: • The proposed educational program using holograms contributed in a positive and effective way to learning and mastering the skill of shooting long jump in handball among the members of the experimental group. • The experimental group that used the proposed educational program using the hologram outperformed the control group that used the traditional program in learning and mastering the skill of shooting with the long jump in handball. • The experimental group outperformed the control group in terms of improvement in the post measurement compared to the pre and intermediate measurement of the long jump shooting skill in handball. • The existence of statistically significant differences between the measurements of the research sample (pre-, inter-, and post-) in the physical and skill variables, in favor of the inter- and dimensional measurements, from the pre-measurements, and in favor of the inter- and dimensional measurements in all the physical and skill variables. • The existence of statistically significant differences between the experimental and control groups in all the physical and skill variables in favor of the experimental group over the control group in the dimensional measurements. • The increase in the improvement rates for the experimental group in the dimensional measurements for both the tribal and the intermediate measurements and the increase in the intermeasures compared to the tribal measurements. The percentages for the dimensional measurements ranged between (-23.72%: 391.25%) in the physical and skill variables. Second: Recommendations: In light of the research objective, hypothesis, and the results that have been deduced from the statistical treatment, the researcher recommends the following: • The application of the proposed educational program using a hologram in the educational and training process at the Faculty of Physical Education - Zagazig University because of its positive impact on learning the skill of shooting with the long jump. • Conducting more experimental research using the hologram method and comparing it with other modern teaching methods to reach the best teaching methods in teaching and training basic skills in handball and other sports activities. • Including the topics of virtual reality and hologram technology within the curriculum and course of educational technology in the departments of curricula and teaching methods in the Faculties of Sports Education in order to keep up with the modern development in education. • Applying more research in teaching other sports activities using holograms.
