International partnerships management between higher educationinstitutions, become one ofuniversity leadership priorities, It isadministrative framework which constitutes a strategic approach to all activities, processes and procedures relating to international partnerships, Universities now increasingly understand the importance of international partnership in their internationalization programs,to enhance its overall mission ,to give distinctive characteristics , to enhance its international standing and reputation, a source of growth, institutional development and development of international capabilities of faculty and staff. Based on the above, the study problem can be formulated in the following questions: What are the theoretical frameworks for both International Partnership Management and Global University Rankings? In terms of its ( historical origins, characteristics, objectives, importance, justifications, types, activities and levels through institutional participation, principles,reasons for it, mechanisms to activate it, processes, practices, success requirements, and challenges).What are the features of the current situation of the efforts of the Ministry of Higher Education and the University of Zagazig towards activating international partnerships? , What are the most important responses of faculty members at Zagazig University to the current reality of international partnershipsmanagement, which support of improving their global rankings?, What is the proposed proceduresthat contribute for improving the levels of Zagazig University's global rankings in the light of international partnership management?, the study uses descriptive approach (field study), The study concluded the following results: World universities are increasingly moving towards greater levels of interdependence at all levels, focus on international partnerships and how to manage professionally , To identify challenges facing its administration towards management of international partnerships and improve levels of rankings among international universities, Adopting the philosophy of international partnership, taking into account the international standards and attracting outstanding human competencies in international partnershipsmanagement ,Conducting more meetings at the university to establish a culture of international partnerships, giving full authorization to International Partnership Management Committee in the decision-making, use global references of effective practices between universitiesto achieve the objectives of the strategic plan (2013 - 2022) It is to improve its rankings among globally distinguished universities.
