The current research aims to identify the relationship between psychological resilience and life satisfaction of technical and general secondary education teachers, in addition to knowing the effect of some demographic variables such as gender (male / female), type of education (general / technical), and years of experience (less than 10 years / 10 years and over) on the two variables of the research, sample consisted of (547) male and female teachers, by (272) general education teachers, (275) technical education teachers, Psychological resilience and life satisfaction scales were used (prepared by the researcher), using appropriate statistical methods such as mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, Cronbach's alpha coefficient, factorial design analysis of variance, and multiple regression analysis, The results showed that the participants have a high level of both psychological resilience and life satisfaction, the results indicated that there was no statistically significant interaction between gender, type of education and years of experience in both psychological resilience and life satisfaction, and the results also showed that there are no differences Statistically significant in both psychological resilience and life satisfaction due to the following variables (gender - years of experience), but there is a difference in psychological resilience due to type of education in favor of general secondary education teachers, and there is no difference in life satisfaction due to type of education, in addition to there is no interaction between gender (males and females) of technical and general secondary education teachers, and there is no interaction between gender (males- females) and years of experience, and there is no interaction between the type of education (general - technical) and years of experience in both psychological resilience and life satisfaction, in addition to it is possible to predict the degrees of life satisfaction from the degrees of dimensions of psychological resilience.
