Abstract: |
The main objective of the research is to study the role of technical education in the development of human resources in Egypt and Japan, where the most important aspects of the study to identify the role of technical education in Japan in building technical personnel, compare technical education in Egypt and Japan and identify sources of technical education funding In Japan and Egypt. The study aims to identify the study of the role of technical education in the labor market in Egypt, study the role of technical education in the labor market in Japan, analyze the similarities and differences of the technical education systems in Japan and Egypt, and learn the most important lessons learned from the Japanese experience in education. The technical approach to the Egyptian society, and the identification of proposals for the development of technical education in Egypt, was used descriptive method to identify the nature of technical education and stages of development and the stalls and training methods used in Egypt and Japan as well as study similarities and differences between the technical education in Egypt and Japan.
It's also considered, interesting in technical education is one of the most important concerns in the education policies in Egypt to work to raise the efficiency of the workforce and meet the needs of production units in different labor markets. Egypt is in the process of economic reform, which imposes on the technical education institutions new responsibilities in the face of change and progress that surrounds us in the framework of global competition, which we must enter. As a result of the revolution of science and technology prevailing in that era a change in the structure of employment, And at the same time increased the proportion of the need for skilled labor required for production, which increases the importance of the speed of preparation as it requires effort to achieve the level of skill required, especially with the variety of disciplines under the current technical revolution skills today skills considered is an important element for access to quality required in the production which acquire through the various of technical education institutions.
The most important research results were the values of work are based on a core set of criteria that define and control behavior and affect the first and direct impact on social roles and social interaction. Technical education plays an important role in the development of productive human resources by providing individuals with values, which enables them to innovate, renewal and contribute positively to the future, technical education institutions appropriate to strengthen the values of work and feelings of national belonging, productive work, participation and collective initiative and cooperative effort as the necessities of creativity. No doubt that the relationship between management and the worker in Japanese companies with a distinctive character of the most important features of belonging and loyalty on the part of management and workers ogether.
