Abstract
The aim of this research is to explain a reference methodology in training teachers of the Arabic language to speakers of other languages based on practical experience, the experience of the Lisan Al-Arab Center for Teaching Arabic to Non-Arabs in Cairo. It included an introduction and two sections. The introduction included: the problem of the research, its importance, objectives, methodology and previous studies. The first section included To clarify the requirements of teachers of the Arabic language to non-native speakers, and the second section included presenting a reference methodology for training teachers of the Arabic language to non-native speakers at the Lisan al-Arab Center for Teaching Arabic to Non-Native Speakers in Cairo, and it included the definition of training, its stages and aspects, its methodology and criteria for its success. The research adopted the descriptive approach, and the research concluded To determine the requirements for training teachers of the Arabic language to non-native speakers, which are: cognitive, cultural, ethical, psychological, skill and administrative requirements, and to state the vision of an applied reference methodology in training teachers of the Arabic language to non-native speakers, which contributes to the formation and qualification of teachers capable of spreading the Arabic language and settling it among non-native speakers with knowledge and understanding.
