Abstract:
The study aimed to develop the receptive language of children with autism spectrum disorder, through a training program using infographics. They were randomly devided into two equal groups, the first was experimental of (6) children, whose ages ranged between (3-5) years, with an average age of (4.23), and a standard deviation of (0.60), and the other was a control group, whose ages ranged between (3-5) years, with an average age. (4.35), and a standard deviation (0.50).The researcher used the Gilliam Scale to diagnose the symptoms and severity of autism disorder, third edition GARS-3, prepared by Adel Abdullah Muhammad (2021), Stanford-Binet scale, fifth image, prepared by (Muhammad Taha, Abdel-Mawgoud Abdel-Samie, and revised by Mahmoud Abu El-Nil (2011), the Scale of Adaptive Behavior Estimation for Autistic Children, prepared by Violet Fouad (2010), the Receptive Language Scale, prepared by the researcher, and the training program using infographics for children with autism spectrum disorder, and the training program using infographics for children with autism spectrum disorder\ prepared by the researcher and the thesis supervisors. The results of the study found the effectiveness of the training program using infographics in developing receptive language for children with autism spectrum disorder, as well as the continuity of the effectiveness of the program after the follow-up period.
