Abstract:
The current study aimed at improving some sociolinguistic concepts in children with intellectual disabilities integrated into general education using a training program based on a cooperative learning strategy, and to achieve this goal, the researcher used the experimental curriculum, and the research sample consisted of (12) male and female children with intellectual disabilities, divided into two groups (6) children for the Experimental Group, (6) for the control group, ranging from (7-9) years at fifth) (localization and legalization / Safwat Faraj, 2005), and the adaptive behavior scale (Farouk Sadek 1985) and the measure of sociolinguistic concepts for children with intellectual disabilities integrated into general education (researcher numbers), and the training program based on the cooperative learning strategy (researcher numbers).The results showed that there are statistically significant differences between the average grades of the experimental and control group (of children with intellectual disabilities integrated with general education) in the dimensional measurement on the scale of sociolinguistic concepts in favor of the experimental group, and there are statistically significant differences between the average grades of the experimental group (for children with intellectual disabilities integrated with general education ) in the general education ) In the dimensional and sequential measurements on the scale of sociolinguistic concepts.
