Forms of sociological Criticism in the Divan of Ibn Onayin (d. 630 H J)

The proliferation of poets in the Levant in the sixth century increased in a noticeable way, and among these poets, the Damascene poet Ibn Anin (d. 630 HJ) ; and he left a large Diwan . the scholars did not fulfill his right to study, except for some studies that dealt with one side of it, This research revealed the images of social criticism in the poet’s office represented in some of his poems and stanzas ; and it was found that it reflects a profound experience that rejects manifestations of human behavior, or what the poet believes to be so, That's why there are multiple forms of social criticism that have between manifestations of criticizing values and ideas, city criticism , political criticism and criticism of social groups. In order to achieve the process of his poetry, he has adapted to the requirements of collective receiving, making him into short stanzas with easy language , proximate images , and he pleaded with a range of methods that establish emotional connections between the poet and his recipient.
The study benefited from the social method in presentation and analysis, as it was the most appropriate for the nature of the topic and its Rationale.
The nature of this research necessitated its division into four chapters, which are presented by a brief introduction. The chapters are followed by a conclusion with the results of the research, supplemented by an objective index of the chapters.
As for the (introduction), it dealt with the reasons for choosing the topic, previous studies, previous Studies , and the research plan and its chapters .
As for the (Preface), it was natural before proceeding the path of study, to touch on the concept of social criticism, its forms, and the difference between it and Satire.
As for the first chapter, it was tagged with a title (Image of Society in the Ayyubid Era), and the researcher divided it into two sections:
- The first section: criticize values and of ideas, includes:
The situation of the poet regarding the complaint of time and alienation.
Criticism of behavior's features
- The second section: city criticism
As for the second chapter, it came under the title (political criticism), and it divided into two sections:
Criticism of the ruling authority
Criticism of those who have failed to jihad
Criticism of the Crusaders and its situation on the enemy
As for the three chapter, it was called (criticism of social groups), and it was divided into:
Special class criticism
Criticism of the public class
The fourth chapter, entitled (Features of Aesthetic Formation in Social Criticism Pictures), has divided it into third sections:
The first section: Language 0
The third section: poetic dictionary
As I mentioned , the chapters were followed by a conclusion , that summarizes the work progress, stating the most important results and recommendations of the study, then it was proven by the sources and references of the study, and other for the indexes
