Abstract:
"Abstract: The study aims at analyzing the role of talent management in enhancing the competitiveness of industrial organizations. It is the presence of shortcomings on the part of the upper, middle and supervisory management towards caring for the talents of the human element, and the study was applied to the upper, middle and supervisory administrative levels through the use of a stratified random sample due to the large size of the study population on a sample of (374) individuals with a response rate of (89%) using the The survey list for collecting primary data. The data was also analyzed through the program (SPSSV.24), (STATA14) using a set of descriptive and analytical statistical methods. The results showed a significant relationship between talent management and the competitiveness of industrial organizations. The study also found that there is Statistically significant differences between the respondents' responses at the three administrative levels towards the level of talent management practices, as it was also found that there are significant differences Statistical indication between the three sectors under study (textile industries, electrical and electronic industries, pharmaceuticals) towards the level of talent management practice, and the textile industries sector comes the most applying the dimensions of talent management represented in (attracting and hiring talents, developing and developing talents, retaining talents, evaluating the performance of talents ) followed by the electrical and electronic industries sector, and finally the pharmaceutical sector. The study presented a set of recommendations that can help the companies under study in improving the application of the dimensions of talent management within them, which leads to an increase in their competitiveness.
