Hearing impairment affects many aspects of a child's development, and the language aspect is one of the aspects most affected by hearing impairment. The current study aimed to identify the effectiveness of a training program based on the use of mental maps in improving the language of heanng-impaired students in the primary stage. and a standard deviation of (0.37). The tools of the study were the Stanford Binet intelligence scale, the fifth picture, the language scale, and the training program based on the use of mental maps (prepared by the researcher), and the results of the study revealed that there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental and control groups of hearing impaired students on the language scale in the post- measurement in favor of the experimental group and there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the scores The experimental group of the hearing impaired students on the language scale in the pre and post measurements in favor of the post measurement, and there were no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the expenmental group of the hearing impaired students on the language scale in the post and follow up measurements. The study concluded that it is possible to develop and improve the linguistic aspect of the hearing impaired students by using different intervention programs.
