The values are the nature of human existence as they come into direct contact with human behavior. They protect the individual from deviation and being dragged behind the desires and instincts of the soul, as well as what gives the individual the ability to adapt, agree and achieve self-satisfaction. Therefore, we had to pay attention to the level of moral and religious values among children. Especially deaf children in the primary stage, and the current study aimed at developing the moral values of deaf students in the primary stage by preparing and applying an educational program using the computer and ensuring its effectiveness in achieving the desired goal, and identifying the extent of its continued effectiveness after its completion. To achieve the goal, the experimental approach was followed. The study sample consisted of (14) male and female students who were divided into two equal groups, one of them is experimental (7 students) and the other is control (7 students). Ghada Maher Shukr), and an educational program using the computer prepared by (Adel Abdullah Mohamed, Ghada Maher Shokr), and the results of the study revealed the effectiveness of the program. It was used in developing moral values for deaf students in the primary stage in the experimental group, and the experimental group continued to improve in follow-up measurement.
