Abstract:
Today, there is a great scientific progress all over the world in the field of the scientific research. The scientific advancement is the main trait of the present time, so it seeks to find many of the scientific solutions for several problems in many fields of life generally and in the fields of sports education especially. The advancement and development that we notice today in the field of sports are reflection of the technological progress and the using of the modern scientific and technological progress and the using of the modern scientific and technological methods in applied ways in the sport training. Training in its several methods has today, an important role in the contemporary societies. It became a field of competition among all the sectors of the society. It is the main way that filfalls the requirements of the sport activity and its development to go with the targeted goal. The more the level of competition among individuals, the more the need to follow modern methods in training to raise these levels. Essam Abd-Al Khalek - 1999 – points out that qualifying the individual physically for facing the requirements of the sport activity is one of the main duties of the sport training process that leads to advancing the training state of the individual so as to reaching the high levels in the practiced activity. Abo Al Aula Ahmed Abd Al Fatah – 1997 – point out that the modern is directed to the specific by focusing on the requirements of specific performance in the kind of the sport activity and based on this, the volume of the specific preparing training for all of the training plans increased. He adds also that, by the spread of the using of non-traditional methods to increase the benefiting from functional possibilities for the athelete such as the modern equipment and the training on heights and also by using the electric attention to increase the level of muscular strength. Hill training is an effective way for building the aerobic power and developing strength through the slopes and it is one of the best resisting training forms by using the body weight. Several scientists believe that hill training help developing the elasticity of muscles, tendons and ligaments, and letting these tissues doing more work with less effort and less tiredness and so, it is expected making big improvements in the muscular strength and speed. Rob Sleamaker and Ray Browing point out that Hill training have several benefits especially in developing strength and speed. Bill Rodgers says that Hill training can improve several traits in the performance and the great benefit is in increasing speed. These training affect the body especially in the body efficacy. The body efficacy is the ability of the individual to qualify and adopt the inner body organs quickly to go with the physical burdens whether in training or games as a result there will be an observable improvement in the functions of the breathing circular system and the result is economizing the effort and improvement in the physical performance.
