The presence of many scientific and technological revolutions, especially in the field of communication and media has undergone that value system a lot of changes and transformations that affected it. Thus affected the culture of individuals, their trends and changed their view of their problems. It is no longer limited to them as the tremendous development of communication technology and media helped the emergence of many talk shows that discuss social problems. Perhaps the most important of these programmes is The Forgiving Is Generous Programme (Almesameh Kareem) presented by (George Kordahi), which is a social programme that only discusses social problems, and seeks to end disputes that lasted for years between spouses, families, relatives, and friends. It has a new idea that revolves around an important component of the cultural system, and Arab culture, which is human social values, especially the values of tolerance, friendliness, forgivingness, courage and forgivingness in order to keep friendliness and continue social life as usual again. Therefore, it was important to study these social problems, especially related to family, which are discussed by the Forgiving is generous programme, the mechanisms for dealing with them, analyzing some of them scientifically and sociologically. It aimed to monitor the most important types, and patterns of social problems in general, and family problems in particular presented by the programme in order to come up with some facts that can be benefited from, and the specialized decision-maker relies on them To achieve the objectives of the study, it seeks to answer a set of questions, including, what the most important social values prevailing in society are and what the most important changes that have occurred and their positive and negative relationship to social problems are. As well as knowing what the reasons that lead to people from different countries of the world resorting to discussing their social problems in The Forgiving is generous programme are. The study was started its theoretical orientation from the statements of the theory of the social system. One of the theories of the functional constructivist trend, which emphasizes the importance and necessity of cohesion and interdependence of each part of the social system so that society remains, coherent and interdependent, so it was important to rely on that theory and its statements. Its role in interpreting the social reality of society, the problems of individuals, and its impact on the stability of society, its continuity, and cohesion. Methodologically, the study relied on a set of methodological methods to address the subject of the study, and achieve its objectives. This study is considered as descriptive analytical studies to monitor and analyze the most important traditional and new values prevailing in society. By studying, the role of The Forgiving is generous programme in its development and monitoring the most important problems presented by the programme, especially family problems, and analyze them scientifically and sociologically. The study also relied on the method of content analysis, as it is considered one of the most appropriate methods that are consistent with the objectives and nature of the study by analyzing the content of the programme, and the contemporary social problems that suffered by all Arab societies. The goal of presenting these problems in front of millions without fear and anxiety and the role of the programme in solving them as well. The analysis is of two types, one quantitative and the other qualitative; the study relied on qualitative analysis because it is the most appropriate in analyzing the programme. As for the units of analysis, the study used the unity of the subject or idea that revolves around The Forgiving is generous programme.It is the focus of the current study, and to monitor the most important social problems suffered by contemporary society, and analyzed scientifically the study has relied on simple scientific observation. By watching the episodes of the programme, the problems it brought, note what took place in the events, the reactions of the owners of the problem towards their peers and the extent of their agreement to listen to them or not, their acceptance of them, and their desire to end a dispute that lasted for years with them, as well as observing the way the programme addresses problems and a course in solving them. As for data collection tools, the study relied on the content analysis tool to reveal the content of the programme's episodes, analyzing its content and its contemporary social problems, lofty values that the programme helped develop, using it as one of the modern and alternative solutions to solve social problems. The study found out that the programme has a positive impact and an effective role in solving the social problems presented by it. Especially family problems, where reconciliation rates between disputants increased, rejection rates decreased. The programme succeeded in reuniting many Arab families. The study found out that the programme is one of the manifestations of change and modernization that helped modernize, develop values, create new values, and develop alternative solutions to contemporary social problems. The study also found out that the reason why individuals from all countries in the Arab world resort to the programme to present their own problems with their peers, in front of screens, in front of millions of people is their desire to return to them, keep friendliness with them, their sense of guilt towards them for the mistake they committed against them, their desire to return grievances and rights to their owners, even if it is at the expense of self. The programme introduced many lofty human social values, which were the reason for solving many of the problems presented in it, especially the values of tolerance, forgivingness, brotherhood, affection, mercy, containment, and other lofty values if applied in our lives will eliminate all our problems. As the problems presented in the programme are the result of the absence of those lofty values, and evidence of a defect in the value structure of society. Finally, the researcher recommends the need todevelop television programmes so that they become influential and more realistic in discussing and addressing the life problems suffered by Arab families, to identify their causes, try to treat them to preserve the family entity, which is the basis for building society and its progress.
