Abstract:
Due to the tremendous development in the use of the supply chain, it was necessary to make improvements to the supply chain and suppliers and pay attention to the human element. At first define big data and supply chain. the work provides neutrosophic model to examine the challenges faced by manufacturing businesses in adopting green supply chain practices as Several obstacles stand in the way of companies trying to adopt green supply-chain practices. The purpose of this work is to examine the challenges faced by the industrial industry in adopting green supply chain practices and to provide potential solutions. A novel Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) framework for sustainable supply chain management was proposed. The results show that the framework provides a structured and systematic approach for evaluating supplier sustainability performance and supporting decision-making. As sustainable supplier selection is an important part of supply chain management since it encourages ethical and eco-friendly procedures. In This thesis we examine the most important criteria and factors for judging the sustainability performance of suppliers and presents a thorough overview of sustainable supplier selection. A decision-making framework for sustainable supplier selection is created via a review of relevant research, case studies, and best practices. This part of thesis aims to explore the impact of Smart Blockchain-based Letters of Credit (BTLOC) on business transactions in the realm of trade finance. The involvement of a third party in business transactions often leads to complications such as process heterogeneity, increased complexity, information security risks, and higher costs. As the success of every company relies heavily on the happiness of its workforce, and the logistics service sector is no exception. The capacity of logistics suppliers to satisfy the demands of their clients depends on the efficiency and efficacy of operations, which in turn is affected by the level of employee satisfaction. This thesis focused on this part as, it analyzes the factors of employee satisfaction in the logistic service industry to achieve productivity and a satisfied workforce. one of the most important parts of this thesis as SC is the backbone of the business sectors. The increasing complexity and vulnerability of global SCs has made the concept of Resilience in SC an important concept in recent years. The objective of this chapter was to examine the application of Ind 5.0’s technologies in various SC industries. Additionally, the study aimed to conduct survey for the journals that publish research on our interested area through conducting bibliometric analysis.
