The thesis is devoted to develop, validate, sensitive, precise and accurate analytical methods for the analysis of certain drugs acting on cardiovascular system (clopidogrel hydrogen sulphate, etilefrine hydrochloride and telmisartan), respiratory tract ( fenoterol hydrobromide, pipazethate hydrochloride and salbutamol sulphate) and some hormones (estradiol valerate and norethisterone acetate) were studied. The thesis consists of four main parts which includes the theoretical background and literature review of the selected drugs. It describes spectrophotometric determination of some drugs using silver, gold and magnetic iron oxide nanoparticles, also high performance liquid chromatographic and thin layer chromatographic determination of various drugs. It also includes conductometric titration methods for determination some drugs.
