The Research Reached a set of Results, The Most Important of which are There is a Group of Global Constructions, The Most Important of which is Required to move to the Fifth Industrial Revolution, which Requires keeping pace with Higher Education, which Requires The Integration of the Human Head, and that The year of Education with Artificial Intelligence, The Digital Twin, The Electronic cloud, the Internet, Cooperative Robots, and Other productions of Enhanced Intelligence in which Human Efforts are Integrated with the Advantages Technology: Quantum leadership is the new Technology that leads Innovations in Business Challenges in the Globalized World, and is Able to work with the effectiveness of a lantern with the human Element and Confidence in its Abilities, and to Respond to Complex Developments and Industrial revolutions as it Entered Zagazig, For this Reason, it is Required to Research The Requirements for the Transition to the Fifth industrial Revolution in Zagazig in light of Activating the Quantum Approach ,The Research Reached a set of The Most Important Recommendations that practicing Quantum leadership Helps Transform the work Environment into a True learning Organization that keeps up with the Developments of the times, and Creates Support that Encourages subordinates to use wisdom to Find Innovative Solutions and Creativity to Create a Guaranteed Shift in Moving to the Fifth Industrial Revolution, and a dynamic Situation for the Coming Necessity and keeping up with them.
