Abstract: |
The school is an Educational, cultural and Educational institution for students, as they spend a long time in it studying, learning and acquiring knowledge of science and knowledge, and it contributes to the formation of their cultural and cognitive awareness, but it is not unique to this formation alone, as a parallel Education appeared outside the official Educational institutions known as shadow Education, despite its different forms and forms of application from one country to another; however, it has spread widely all over the world, and has been endorsed by many organizations, including the UNESCO World Report on Education, so it has become necessary to recognize its existence in all its forms and forms, and to put in place mechanisms and practices to mitigate its size to reduce its negative effects, and achieve maximum benefit of its positive effects,The current research aims to present proposed procedures for practices and measures to deal with shadow Education at the national, regional and societal levels in the light of benefiting from the experience of South Korea and Malaysia. Shadow, while the second axis dealt with the experiences of South Korea and Malaysia in the measures and practices of dealing with shadow Education, and the third axis dealt with a comparative analysis of shadow Education practices in both South Korea and Malaysia through preliminary comparison and explanatory comparison, and the fourth axis dealt with the reality of private Tutoring in Egypt, The study ended with the fifth axis, where the research presented the results of the study and suggested procedures for dealing with the issue of private Tutoring in Egypt in the light of benefiting from the Experiences of South Korea and Malaysia .
