Abstract:	Visual attention and working memory control the ability to organize our thoughts in a directed manner, and therefore they are necessary for success in study and work, as well as in daily life. The students’ progress in practicing the karate specialty activity is based on the basic skills they acquired at the beginning of their practice of the sport, and the basic skills in karate are based on building Gradual: The teacher who carries out the educational role must be fully aware of the different stages of performance for each skill, the degree and importance of each stage and its technical requirements.
